					<description><![CDATA[Another trend that seems illegal is hiring &quot;freelancers&quot; (I&#039;m a freelance writer) that has to work onsite and during designated company hours. How is this freelance? How are they allowed to pay a 1099 but make these requirements on time and location? The only benefit is to the client who now doesn&#039;t have to commit to an employee situation or pay any benefits! 

I&#039;m anti-union but curious when corporations have to follow the law!]]></description>
